Kat Piola

Fashionista turned fitness guru, Kat Piola is a LindaFit certified Pilates mat instructor and a Schwinn Certified Indoor Cycling instructor. After almost 5 years as an account executive, she found her personality just could not be contained behind a desk any longer! She completed the NYC Marathon in 2011 and from the disciplined training to the race itself, she felt more in her element than ever before. So she took the plunge, left her “cushy” job and now dedicates her career to inspiring others to live healthier, more positively energized lives every day! Aside from running, cycling, and Pilates, Kat also embraces strength training, TRX, and loves a good sweaty Hot Yoga sesh. Finding balance in her daily life has always been important to her and she strives to create fun but challenging, results-oriented classes that will both physically and mentally push you to your next level.
