Yvette Lenhart

As a formally-trained ballet and tap dancer, Yvette Lenhart was drawn to the dual effectiveness of Pilates as a way to strengthen core muscles yet leave the body feeling centered and relaxed. Receiving her mat certification from LindaFit Pilates, she has quickly become a sought-after instructor teaching at major gyms in NYC including Crunch and New York Health and Racquet Club. She has also received supplemental certifications for stability ball, resistance band, magic circle, and pre-natal exercises; is a certified Zumba and Sole Power instructor; holds a BFA from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia; and helped develop a teen Pilates/Dance program at Solomon Schechter School of Manhattan. Yvette draws from a myriad of disciplines to constantly find new ways to teach and explain classic exercises in efficient, powerful, and varied full-body workouts. Named by RateYourBurn.com as one of NYC’s Most Popular Instructors in 2014 and 2015, Yvette’s students always know to expect an inclusive and inspired atmosphere where they will work hard, be surprised, and have fun.
