Healthy Habits

  • Each week, I offer workout suggestions from beginner to advanced.
  • Ideally, working out at least three times a week will help you optimize your results. You may also practice these workouts more if you desire.
  • But remember, don’t overdo it! The best workout schedule is the one you can commit to—consistency is key.
